Happy New Year!
We started the new year with a get together with the neighbours. Most of the people living in our street gathered together. It was nice to catch up with people who we've known for years but don't often get time to speak to longer then just to say 'hello' and also to meet newcomers who have only lived in the street for a short while.
While the oldies gathered in the kitchen for a drink and chat, some of the younger generation spent time in the lounge on the Wii.
It was a lovely start to the new year.
When we returned home we found the 'Shut the Box' game in the cupboard and Lara spent quiet soem time, determined to shut all the tiles.
