After a paddle in the sea we returned to the sand for some chilling.
Later on another trip to the water we were surprised to find what looked like a dead shark-type fish on the beach.
New to Pembrey this year is a Spin Fizz Water Ride. Described as a 'Human cocktail shaker' it was the perfect way to cool down at the end of the day.

That looks fun! Lovely weather too. I think the fish may be a dogfish, we used to see dead ones in the harbour in St Ives - were never sure if they washed up dead or were an unwanted part of a Fisherman's catch. I think they are a 'junior' member of the shark family, they certainly look like sharks.
