After yesterdays rain it was quite a surprise when I opened the curtains this morning to see this beautiful Mackerel sky - lots of fleecy white clouds in a blue sky. Apparently in Germany and France they refer to this type of cloud formation as 'sheep cloud', as their pattern resembles a flock of sheep.
